Grant Deadline Tracker.
See every LOI, application, and grant report deadline in one place.
About this template
A register of every funder and application your team is working, with status from Researching through LOI Submitted, Invited, Submitted, Awarded, or Declined. An upcoming deadlines panel surfaces the next 90 days of LOIs, proposals, and grant reports due, and a requested versus awarded chart shows your win rate by fiscal year. Log a new opportunity in seconds with the add grant form.
The live demo ships with sample data: Seeded with 24 applications across 15 real-sounding foundations, deadlines spread over the next six months, requested and awarded amounts, report due dates for active awards, and a mix of wins and declines for the success rate chart.

This is the exact description the Prized agent built it from. Yours can be one sentence: the agent fills in the rest, and you refine from there.

Build a grant deadline tracker for Bright Futures Literacy Alliance, a small literacy nonprofit whose grants manager runs every LOI, application, and grant report from one register. Layout: a split view. The left third is a Next 90 Days panel: a vertical timeline grouped by month, each entry showing funder name, a type badge for LOI, Proposal, or Report, the dollar amount, and a days-left chip colored red under 14 days, amber under 30, neutral beyond. The right two thirds is the register: a sortable list of every application with columns for funder, program, amount requested, amount awarded, status, next deadline, and deadline type. Status renders as badges: Researching gray, LOI Submitted and Invited amber, Submitted blue, Awarded green, Declined red. Default sort is next deadline ascending; filters cover status, fiscal year, and deadline type. An Add Grant button opens a dialog form capturing funder, program, amount requested, status, next deadline, deadline type, and notes. Across the bottom, a performance band: three stat chips (Awarded This FY $312,000; Win Rate This FY 33%; Open Requests $540,000) beside a grouped bar chart comparing total requested versus total awarded for each of the last three fiscal years. Data: 15 realistic funders such as the Calloway Family Foundation, Osprey Fund, Meridian Community Trust, and the Harriman Foundation, and 24 applications with requests from $5,000 to $150,000. Spread deadlines over the next six months, and give 8 awarded applications a report due date as their next deadline with type Report. Give the history enough wins and declines across the last three fiscal years to make the chart honest. Plant two things a visitor should spot: three proposal deadlines land in the same week about six weeks out, an obvious crunch on the timeline, and the win rate slid from 52 percent two fiscal years ago to 33 percent this year, plainly visible in the grouped bars. Behavior: win rate, totals, and days-left chips are computed from the register, never entered; win rate counts awarded applications against all decided applications in that fiscal year. The add form only appends new opportunities. Sorting and filtering the register never hides the timeline panel. Every panel must read complete and carry both planted insights from seeded data alone. Visual identity: use a muted crimson accent for primary actions, timeline emphasis, and chart color on a calm off-white base with a steady, deadline-serious tone; keep bright red reserved for urgent chips so the accent and the warnings stay distinguishable.
