Short-Term Rental Performance Dashboard.
Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and channel mix per listing, with a cleaning turnover calendar.
About this template
Track occupancy, average daily rate, RevPAR, and revenue per listing, with channel mix across Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct bookings from the exports you drop in. A cleaning turnover calendar shows checkouts, check-ins, and same day turns so cleaners never miss one. Compare listings side by side to see which property actually earns its keep.
The live demo ships with sample data: Twelve months of bookings for four listings across Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct channels, with nightly rates, cleaning fees, and seasonal occupancy swings, including one underperforming listing worth finding.

This is the exact description the Prized agent built it from. Yours can be one sentence: the agent fills in the rest, and you refine from there.

Build a short-term rental performance dashboard for Juniper Stays, a two-person operation running four listings around Gatlinburg, to compare how each property earns and keep cleaners on schedule. Two tabs. The Performance tab opens with four listing comparison cards side by side, one per property: Cedar A-Frame, Creekside Cabin, The Overlook Chalet, and Riverbend Bungalow. Each card shows trailing 12-month Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and Revenue, a small monthly occupancy trend line, and channel badges. Below the cards sit two charts: a line chart of monthly occupancy over the last 12 months with one line per listing (months on the x axis, occupancy percent on the y axis) and a bar chart of monthly revenue stacked by listing. Beside them, a donut of trailing 12-month revenue by channel (Airbnb about 58 percent, Vrbo about 27 percent, Direct about 15 percent), using the same three channel colors everywhere channels appear. The Turnover Calendar tab shows a month grid for the current month: each day cell lists checkouts and check-ins by listing name, and any listing with a checkout and a check-in on the same day gets a red Same-Day Turn badge. A side panel titled Next 7 Days lists upcoming turns in order with listing, checkout, check-in, and channel. An Add Booking button opens a dialog capturing listing, channel, check-in and checkout dates, nightly rate, and cleaning fee. Seed two datasets so both tabs are fully populated on first load. First, monthly performance for each listing across the last 12 months (48 rows): nights available, nights booked, and revenue split across Airbnb, Vrbo, and Direct, with believable Smoky Mountains seasonality, strong summer and fall color season, soft late winter. Second, about 36 bookings, each tagged with a channel, spanning the last two weeks through the next four weeks to fill the calendar, including at least four same-day turns. Plant the story: The Overlook Chalet carries the highest ADR at about $389 but only 41 percent occupancy, leaving it the lowest RevPAR near $160, while the other three run 66 to 74 percent occupancy and $210 to $240 RevPAR, so the comparison cards make the overpriced listing obvious at a glance. Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue totals, channel mix, and same-day turn detection are computed; bookings and monthly figures are entered. Use an olive green accent for primary actions, chart emphasis, and the active tab, on a clean light neutral base.
