About this template

A weekly grid of crews and days where each cell is a cleaning job with an address, time window, and cadence. Move jobs between crews and days to balance routes, and spot gaps and overbooked days at a glance. Recurring visits roll forward so biweekly and every-4-week clients never fall off the schedule.

The live demo ships with sample data: Ships with 3 crews, 62 recurring clients across weekly, biweekly, and every-4-week cadences, and two fully scheduled example weeks with time windows and neighborhood zones.

The prompt behind this template

This is the exact description the Prized agent built it from. Yours can be one sentence: the agent fills in the rest, and you refine from there.

Build a weekly crew scheduler for Fresh Nest Cleaning, a residential cleaning company in Portland that runs three crews and 62 recurring clients. Layout. Put a header bar with the week title and previous and next week controls, defaulting to the current week, plus three summary chips scoped to the visible week: Visits Scheduled (52), Overbooked Crew Days (2), and Light Crew Days (3). Below it render the main weekly grid: columns are Monday through Saturday, rows are the three crews (Crew A led by Ana, Crew B led by Marcus, Crew C led by Dee). Each cell stacks compact job chips in route order showing the client name, a neighborhood zone badge, the time window, and a cadence badge reading Weekly, Biweekly, or Every 4 Weeks. Give each cell a small stop count in its corner: red when a crew day has 6 or more stops, amber when it has 1 or fewer, green otherwise. Clicking a chip opens a dialog showing the full job with an edit form to move it to another crew or day, change the time window, or reorder its route position. A second tab, Clients, shows a sortable roster table of all 62 clients with columns for name, address, zone, cadence, assigned crew, and next visit date, with filters for zone and cadence and a search box. Add Client and Add Visit buttons open dialog forms. Data. Seed 62 clients across six Portland zones: Alberta, Pearl, Sellwood, Hawthorne, St. Johns, and Beaverton. Cadence mix: about 45 weekly, 12 biweekly, and 5 every 4 weeks. Schedule two full weeks, the current week and next week, roughly 104 visits total with realistic time windows like 8:00 to 10:30 and 1:00 to 3:30. Plant a clear story: this week Crew B's Thursday has 7 stops and Crew A's Saturday has 6, Crew C runs three light days holding one stop or none including a single stop Thursday, and next Wednesday Crew C sits completely empty. Keep every other crew day at 2 to 5 stops so a visitor immediately sees the unbalanced Thursday and the open gaps worth filling. Behavior. Next visit dates are computed from each client's cadence and last visit so biweekly and every 4 week clients always roll forward onto the grid. Edits and moves happen through the dialogs, and counts, chips, and summary numbers recompute automatically. The tool must read perfectly with no interaction, since public visitors browse it read only. Visual identity. Use a deep blue accent for primary actions, chip highlights, and active states on a clean light neutral base, with a crisp dispatch board feel.
