Invoice & AR Aging Tracker.
Log invoices, watch 30, 60, and 90 day aging buckets, and get a collections call list.
About this template
Log every invoice with customer, amount, issue date, and terms, and the tracker buckets unpaid balances into current, 30, 60, and 90 plus days. Stat cards show total outstanding and DSO, and a collections view lists exactly who to call today with amount and days overdue. Record payments and promises to pay so the whole team sees where each invoice stands.
The live demo ships with sample data: About 120 invoices across 35 customers over six months, with net 15 and net 30 terms, a realistic spread across aging buckets, and a handful of chronic late payers so the collections list has obvious names.
The prompt behind this template
This is the exact description the Prized agent built it from. Yours can be one sentence: the agent fills in the rest, and you refine from there.

Build an invoice and AR aging tracker for Millstone Consulting, a 12-person engineering services firm, so the finance lead always knows what is outstanding, how old it is, and exactly who to call today. Layout. Top: four stat cards: Total outstanding ($287k), Overdue ($112k), DSO (47 days), and Invoices 90+ days (6, rendered red). The hero splits in two. On the left, the Collections call list: customers with overdue balances ranked by a blend of amount and age, each row showing customer name, total overdue, oldest invoice age in days, count of open invoices, the latest promise-to-pay note with its date when one exists, and a bucket badge for their oldest debt. On the right, a horizontal stacked bar chart of the top 10 customers by outstanding balance, each bar segmented by aging bucket: Current (green), 1 to 30 days (amber), 31 to 60 (orange), 61 to 90 (red), 90+ (deep red), with a legend. A second tab named Invoices holds the full register: invoice number, customer, amount, issue date, terms (Net 15 or Net 30), due date, status (paid, partial, unpaid, promised), days overdue, and a bucket badge, default sorted by days overdue descending, filterable by status and bucket. Data. Seed about 120 invoices across 35 customers over the last 6 months, amounts from $1.8k to $24k, roughly 70 percent fully paid and the rest spread realistically across the buckets. Plant the story: three chronic late payers, Bellamy Logistics, Crown Ridge Media, and Halvorsen & Sons, hold most of the balance past 60 days, with Bellamy alone owing $18.4k sitting in the 90+ bucket, so those three names dominate both the call list and the red segments of the chart. Give a few open invoices promise-to-pay notes like promised check by Friday. Behavior. Buckets, days overdue, DSO, the call list ranking, and all stat cards are computed from issue date, terms, and recorded payments, never typed in. A Record payment button on any open invoice opens a dialog capturing amount and date and supports partial payments; a Log promise button captures a date and note and flips status to promised. Writes are member-only, so the call list, chart, and register must read complete for an anonymous visitor. Visual identity: use a slate blue accent for primary actions, table emphasis, and active states on a clean light neutral base, letting the green to red bucket ramp carry the aging story.
